Manage, divide routes, train and guide a team of motorbike drivers (riders) at the station.
Supervise, guide work, and arrange coordinating staff to work in shifts at the delivery station.
Manage delivery, pickup, and return order journeys in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Proactively handle problems that arise daily within the scope of work at the delivery station. Provide instructions and practical solutions at responsible delivery stations.
Responsible for transmitting, exchanging information, and disseminating the company's general procedures and regulations to the group of employees working at the station.
Report delivery activities periodically as required by Direct Manager and propose solutions, if any.
Request:
Have at least 6 months in a similar position (related to Logistics, supply chain, transportation,...)
Understand and understand the routes in the area.
Able to read and understand reports.
Can make reports and analyze data using Excel
Experience using order management system.
