Job description:
• Receive customer data, make phone calls, consult to close product orders.
• Take care of customers who have purchased products (due to periodic use of the product and course of treatment) via zalo, Fb,...
• Source of customer data: purchased customers, new data from Marketing Department running ads.
• Customer interaction forms include: calling, zalo chat, messenger, livechat.
• Receive customer feedback, discuss with relevant Departments to improve the quality of Customer Service.
• Suggesting/suggesting effective sales strategies.
• Compilation of reports on related work or at the request of the Manager;
• Other tasks assigned by management.
• Working time: Rotating shifts (8h-17h15, 8h-16h30 or 14h-21h), one day off/week alternately, according to the arrangement in the group.
