Receive and prepare orders to ensure delivery of goods and products to Franchise partners according to requirements and schedule
Monitor and evaluate the business activities of franchise stores, responsible for promoting and increasing sales of franchise partners
Manage, monitor and collect debts from franchise partners
Coordinate with Departments to carry out activities to support Franchise Partners to implement sales and advertising programs to promote and increase sales of franchise stores.
Synthesize and record comments, feedback, and reflections from customers and franchise partners. From there, propose plans to improve and perfect business operations and products to meet customer requirements
Participate in drafting and re-signing business contracts
Propose plans, carry out business trips, care for and visit Franchise partners periodically
Coordinate with Departments to carry out activities to support Franchise Partners throughout the business process on issues: facilities, training, products, transportation, sales programs, promotions ..…and all other problems that arise
Make periodic reports to direct management levels.
