Business Bonus & Bonus for self-exploited customers (10-20 monthly, total income about 9 million to 15 million or more)
Salary including social insurance received on 5th - 10th of every month (3 levels: Potential from 7.4 million / Suitable from 8.1 million / Motivator from 10.2 million according to Interview results)
Leave 12 to 15 days/year, depending on seniority
Outing every year
Insurance after probation period
