Job Description

1. Job Description
  • 10% Search, promote, attract potential individuals, organizations and businesses to become students and partners
  • 70% Enrollment consulting, customer care, motivating students, potential organizations to register for courses (Customers from MKT sources and self-finding sources)
  • 10% Build and develop new sales channels with sales collaborators
  • 3% Develop personal sales plan and report work results fully and on time
  • 2% Research and test new sales channels that do not depend on Marketing such as B2B, cold call, building a learning community and career development
  • 2% Regularly update and closely follow the market situation – competitors to make appropriate changes in the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan, and propose changes in strategy and plan if necessary. company
  • 2% After-sales customer care, support for Customer Care related to complaints
  • 1% Other jobs related to sales
2. Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
