Job Description:
- Monitor and update receipts and payments, accounting documents such as invoices, contracts, ..
- Making declarations and reports for VAT/CIT/CIT/Invoice usage reports
- Timekeeping, drafting contracts, payroll, supporting the office department when needed
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
- Input invoice documents into accounting software
- Working time: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, 1 hour lunch break from Monday to Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Sunday off.
Job request:
- Qualification: College, University - majoring in Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work in groups and independently, skills to handle arising tasks quickly.
- Proficient in office computer skills (world, Excel, etc.)
- Honesty, careful, responsible, dynamic.
- Know how to make tax reports, general reports. (can train more while working).
