• Understand the legal regulations related to Accounting, Tax; At the request of superiors, build and adjust the appropriate corporate accounting system. Open accounting books and make accounting entries according to regulations.
• Receive/check, submit for approval of vouchers, perform cost accounting in accordance with regulations (interpretation, CE, accounting accounts, criteria as required to have correct management report). ).
• Check and close the book at the end of the period on the accounting system, make accurate and correct financial statements according to regulations:
+ Check data: cost accounting, accounts, adjustments (if any).
+ Synthesize data, close the monthly period: revenue, expenses (salaries, fixed assets, CCDC other costs, liabilities, inventory, inventory, ...), closing at the end of the period.
+ Prepare financial statements: P&L, BS, CF accurately, comply with accurate and timely accounting principles.
• Complete reports, declare arising tax (VAT/ WHT/TCIT/TNCN,...), license tax on time and accurately.
• Representing the company to work with tax authorities, state management as required.
• Coordinating/instructing departments to implement Accounting Processes and Regulations on payment vouchers and tax documents.
• Training and guiding professional knowledge and working skills for staff in charge or new employees as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
