Job description:
HRM:
Attendance monitoring, regulations set for employees, timekeeping for company employees
Manage records, monitor health insurance and social insurance for employees
Directly answer questions or be responsible for liaising with relevant units to answer employee benefit requests.
Receptionist:
Answer customers' phone calls when they contact the company
Welcoming customers or partners on behalf of the board of directors
Handle initial information and guide customers to functional departments/divisions
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and company meetings
Organize and conduct company seminars, workshops, and classes, if any.
