JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact customers by phone to invite them to attend events organized by the company
- Access to available customer data files assigned by the company or from many other sources
- Can search personal customer data files yourself
- Update customer information and status on the System, save useful information to ensure the most effective coordination of work between Departments/Divisions/Departments
- Ensure the target number of guests attending the event according to the company's requirements
- Report to the direct management level based on requirements and nature of work
PRIORITIZE
+ Have a laptop
+ Have knowledge, experience, and understanding of the tourism industry
+ Able to use basic office applications and software
+ Master the role, nature of work and Telesales/Telemarketing operations
+ Experience working as a Telesales/Telemarketing Officer, Customer Care or equivalent jobs.
+ Understanding of Call Center and operating procedures in Call Center
