Job Requirement
- Does not require a degree
- English level: Good Listening, Speaking, Translation
- At least one year of experience in a similar position in the field of student visa processing, visa or education services industry
- Have laptop, transportation.
- Candidates with experience studying abroad or living and working in foreign countries have an advantage
- Ability to organize and arrange.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work in a pressurized environment.

Job Description
- Receive information from the consultant to complete the application
- Complete the profile at the request of the school based on the student's information
- Counseling students and completing visa applications;
- Manage financial information, practice visa interviews, visa application forms
- Support to pay tuition fees and arrange accommodation.
- Complete contract procedures with customers and store according to regulations
- Monitoring the learning and living process of customers, providing advice and support when needed
- Support telesales consulting department, consult when required
- Capture relevant information from ambassadors
- Attend training sessions from foreign admissions representatives
