+ Responsible for the activities of the showroom (Goods, assets, personnel).
+ Recruit, train and train good sales staff, strictly complying with the Company's regulations.
+ Monitor and supervise the sales situation, the situation of export - import - inventory of goods and tools.
+ Booth areas: Counters, cabinets, shelves, floors... are always clean, in the correct position, and display goods reasonably and eye-catching.
+ Make daily reports to the Board of Directors and related departments,…
+ Find out the needs and classification of customers: Age, occupation, interests, income ... to have appropriate care policies.
+ Resolve complaints and inquiries from customers, ensuring to bring customers the best satisfaction.
+ Manage the store's customer database, take care of customers regularly and enthusiastically.
+ Collaborate with Marketing Department to implement Marketing programs (Promotion, events, ...) to attract customers and increase sales.

+ Over 01 year of experience as a store manager (priority is given to candidates with fashion experience or passion for fashion).
+ Ability to manage, organize and assign work.
+ Good communication and persuasion skills.
+ Ability to work independently, able to work under high pressure.
+ Proficient in office software.
+ Agile, dynamic, creative and progressive at work
