- Arrange call schedules, meetings, follow up on interpretation work
- Assist the General Director in time management and work control
- Assist the General Director in internal and external relations.
- Monitor the continuously updated work schedule to prepare transportation and remind the General Director of tasks that must be done/participated during the day.
- Support the General Director in managing other tasks or large projects and tasks at the request of the General Director. Complete tasks as requested by the General Director.

- Education level: University graduate or higher
- Professional qualifications: Marketing, Foreign Trade/Economics/Foreign Affairs/Foreign Languages...
- Foreign language proficiency: Chinese HSK5 or higher (Preference will be given to candidates who have studied abroad in Taiwan or China) or English IELTS 6.0 or higher (or equivalent).
- Have practical experience in a similar position.
