- Check orders and receive goods.
- Arrange goods according to the correct order of categories, products and management requirements.
- Make records, records, and track goods related to delivery and receipt at the warehouse
- Enter data into the system
- Team human resources management
- Prepare daily goods delivery reports

III. INDUSTRY GROUP HEAD (FMCG, FRESH, HOMELINE, SOFTLINE)
1. Supply of goods
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment for displaying goods
- Participate in supporting receiving goods when requested
- Display, clean, and protect goods on the counter
- Arrange and change price lists (price listings) and goods decoration tables
- Check and list the correct price
- Store goods, receive goods and arrange goods in the warehouse to ensure hygiene and quality standards
- Participate in periodic inventory rounds as assigned by superiors
- Support supervision of installation, use and maintenance of equipment at the counter;
2. Human resource management: Organize & control work for counter staff & marketing staff, train & develop staff, communicate information and encourage the development of staff ideas.
3. Commercial management:
- Monitor the completeness and correctness of orders and compliance with the ordering process
- Control product quality in the stages of receiving goods - displaying - storing
- Apply and comply with display principles and display diagrams (if any)
- Manage the display of goods in a basic and eye-catching manner to customers
- Organize the implementation of promotional programs (prepare, program and monitor)
- Perform goods rotation operations in the counter
- Manage canceled goods, transferred goods, and broken goods; prevent loss of goods
