- Develop, organize and implement business plans and strategies for the team and be responsible to the Board of Directors for assigned targets and plans.
- Manage the team's business activities to achieve the business efficiency set by the Board of Directors.
- Update information about the Company's projects, products and products through the Company's trading floor.
- Collect, synthesize, analyze, evaluate market information, customer tastes, information about competitors and make suggestions and recommendations.
- Report monthly/quarterly/annual results and business plans to the Board of Directors.
- Establish a system of strategic customers and potential customers to come up with an effective customer care plan.
- Build and expand relationships with partners and customers.
- Accurately grasp information about real estate prices, transaction status of neighboring projects in the market to build the team's business strategy.
- Proactively build and establish a sales team to achieve set business goals. Monitor and motivate department employees to complete personal targets. Support employees in developing new customers and taking care of old and potential customers.
- Support employees in negotiating, negotiating, and closing transactions with customers in case employees encounter difficulties and need support from direct management. Encourage, motivate and guide employees to carry out work on schedule.
