JOB DESCRIPTION

Production management: Operate and supervise the entire transparent braces production process, ensuring quality and production schedule.
Product development: Research and develop new braces tray products, improve production technology.
Human resource management: Recruiting, training and evaluating the performance of production staff.
Quality control: Ensure products meet the highest quality standards, comply with regulations and production processes.
Reporting and planning: Production planning, periodic reporting on production status and related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: High school graduate majoring in engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience or more in the field of manufacturing dental braces or similar dental products, including management experience.
Skills: Leadership and team management skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Priority: Candidates have experience working in a transparent aligner tray manufacturing environment.
