- Receive and check documents, declare tax (monthly/quarterly), make accounting records, prepare financial statements for businesses.
- Timely handling of arising transactions.
- Make books according to accounting laws and regulations of the Company.
- Prepare labor contract, time sheet, payroll (if any).
- Monitor and report, control the cost of raw materials according to the prescribed norms for each type of business.
- Collecting, allocating costs and calculating costs.
- Monitor and compare debts, import and export of raw materials, finished products and goods.
- Control the correctness of cost accounting and cost allocation.
- Explain data and provide documents and data to tax, audit and inspection agencies.
- Prepare statistical reports, reports on employment situation, and other related reports.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
