? JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implement ideas and programs for marketing activities
- Make plans, business strategies, strategies to promote products sold to the company and distributors;
- Customer research, research on market development trends, marketing trends in the paint industry
- Together with the Marketing Department, organize PR activities: events, press conferences or other customer care programs, internal communications;
- Go on market work with the sales department. Take photos, film, then combine with the design department to create marketing materials;

‼️ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Gender: Male. Age under 32
- Graduated from universities, colleges, specialized training schools in Business Administration, Marketing and related fields;
- Have experience in market research and marketing for at least 2 years; Priority is given to having working experience in the paint and construction materials industry.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize sensitive information about paint and construction materials market trends;
- Love and passion for MKT work
- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure;
- Know how to take photos and videos
- Skills in planning and arranging work systematically, clearly, and easily understood;
- Communication and presentation skills;
