✍️ Receive customer support in purchasing and using the product.

✍️ Receive feedback (feedback) from customers.

✍️ Update promotions to customers to stimulate the need for reuse.

✍️ Maintain relationships with potential customers.

✍️ Update product issues, usage, shipping, etc.
