- Develop and execute recruitment plan.
-Supervise the training plan, improve the qualifications and skills for the company's customer care and Telesale staff.
- Implement the timekeeping, punishment, reward, and dismissal regimes of violating employees.
- Operate the salary, bonus and other remuneration system in accordance with the Company's regulations.
-Participate in building and supervising the implementation of the management system, evaluating the work performance at the department in accordance with regulations.
-Monitor and settle social insurance and health insurance benefits for employees throughout the company.
-Monitor, update and manage records, labor contracts, list of employees of the Company.
-Perform coordination and other related work or as required.
-Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
