Job Description

  • Receive and forward phone calls, emails and letters to relevant departments and staff.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and taking meeting notes.
  • Handle requests and inquiries from employees on office administrative related issues.

Job requirements :

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in groups.
  • Proficient in using office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Meticulousness and attention to detail.
  • Experience in office administration is an advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications (at least Intermediate or higher).
