Building leads, customer data through indirect and direct ways (online, email, face-to-face with partners, ...)
- Actively seek and build relationships with domestic and international customers who are in need of translation services through the company's social network channels (Facebook, Linkedin, ...)
- Exploit industries in the world that are in high demand with translation services through data provided by the company. Strategic focus industries: construction, banking, law, tourism, electronic informatics, games, etc.
- Analyzing and understanding customer needs. Support and advise customers about the company's services. Coordinate with the company's project management team, negotiate contracts and run projects as required from the customer side.
- Participate in promotional events to customers organized by the company.
- Handling legal procedures related to sales: contract & written commitment.
