Recruitment: LEADER OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES TEAM
Quantity: 3 people - Working in District 12 (Near Metro Tan Thoi Hiep)
1. Job Description:
- Make plans and goals of the Group on a monthly/quarterly basis in line with the overall goals of the Department and the Company as a whole.
- Understand the contents of the Service Contract between the Client and the Company. Transacting, working, advising and guiding customers or their representatives to ensure timely, complete and valid provision of vouchers, periodic invoices, and other arising documents as required by the tax authority in order to strictly comply with the quality and schedule specified in the Service Contract.
- Distribute, supervise, guide and motivate team members to complete the work on schedule.
- Check the accounting records of the client companies after the staff have finished accounting.
- Check and confirm the work results of team members.
- Support customers to solve problems related to the tax authorities of the client company.
- Plan, target and assign staff to solve the backlog, errors in tax reports, accounting data of the client company.
- Propose and implement countermeasures for arising problems related to the Group's tasks.
- Update tax policies, accounting policies related to the work of the Group.
- Collect customer feedback and opinions, advise superiors on ways and measures to handle and improve.
- Report progress, status of work performance weekly/monthly/quarterly to the Head of Department and Department Director.

3. Requirements:
- University graduate or above majoring in accounting, finance, business administration.
- At least 1 year working experience in General Accounting position.
- Understand the State's regulations on Accounting and Tax.
- Experience in data processing and proficient use of MISA accounting software. Be proficient in office computer.
- Ability to manage and cover the work. Have a forward-thinking mindset, work hard to learn about professional work.
