* Business development in the area:
- Ensure Distributors comply with the signed Contract
- Set clear goals consistent with the goals of QLKV for each sales team member in the area
- Evaluate progress toward goals at weekly meetings and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure information is clearly communicated and linked to pricing and promotion policies.
- Search for distributors and support QLKV in deciding on the final choice
* Capacity building and transfer:
- Check sales updates and meet with staff regularly every day
- Regularly go to the market with all distributor sales staff and monitor the activities of sales routes to achieve sales targets, market development and monthly/quarterly/yearly plan targets.
- Training basic sales skills for all sales representatives
- Support sales staff to solve difficult daily problems
- Ensure maintenance of sales tools and methods in Distributor operations (Solomom, PALM,...)
* Establish relationships with customers
- Ensure marketing sales materials follow the plan
- Regularly present in the market to understand customer needs, develop new opportunities and selling points
- Support distributors in recruiting sales staff at distributors
- Other requirements for development and sales in the region as requested by management.
* Work according to markets, distributors, agents... in the Ba Ria - China region
