Undertake all work related to general human resources and part of work related to accounting such as:
- In charge of ordering for the office - payment - checking goods - reporting.
- Confirm the content of contract types and negotiate with suppliers
- Assist in preparing and organizing events and welcoming company guests.
- Prepare documents and submit to tax accounting company (Timekeeping management, Cash receipts and expenditures,...etc.)
- Accounting tasks such as calculating actual salaries will be assigned to the external tax accounting department, so it is necessary to prepare documents to deliver to that accounting department.
- Support Japanese translation when needed
- Other operations as requested by superiors
* Request:
-Japanese level equivalent to N2
- Graduated from University, preferably majoring in Economics and Human Resources
-Have experience in tasks related to general affairs - human resources
-Other: MS office
* Workplace: High-tech park, Ho Chi Minh City
