Survey the program implementation site.
Make a quotation/program profile (proposal) according to the information provided by the customer and the previous discussions with the customer.
Talk back to the customer after sending the quotation/proposal to make timely adjustments according to the customer's needs.

Preparing for the event
Set up the item timeline so that customers know the time to complete the program
Send deployment items to stakeholders including:
Brief design for design (2D, 3D design)
Go to the construction item, send the coordinator and the office warehouse item to the admin of the office warehouse.
Regularly update relevant departments if there are changes in items.
Estimate program costs for participating personnel.
Monitor the preparation progress of relevant departments.
Make a detailed proposal to send to customers (if necessary)
Finalize program script (agenda), MC script with customer (if needed)
Make an event
Follow up construction progress to give feedback to customers
Ensure the construction items meet the requirements of safety, completion time and aesthetics.
Prepare all items according to the quotation and arising estimates if any
Proceed with the approved program (agenda) (if any).
After the event
Sign the acceptance test directly at the site to confirm full information about the items done
Do acceptance test and liquidation to customers after the program
Handing over the payment process to the accounting department
Remind customers about payment and resend documents (Contract, BBNT, ...)
