Receiving phone calls, welcoming guests
Making purchase orders for the Office's use
Operating and maintaining the Office's equipment and meeting rooms
Making air-ticket, hotel bookings for Partners and Legal Staff
Managing taxi vouchers and making payments
2. Handling petty cash
Preparing forecasts
3. HR matters
Liaising with local authorities on matters related to labor such as labor registration, social and health insurance, etc.
Preparing both internal & external HR documentation / reports such as Offer Letter, Labor Contract, annual leave records, HR internal forms, etc…
Assist Partners in recruitment process
Helping Partners in organizing HR activities such as team building, year-end party, workshop, training, annual performance assessment & salary review…
4. Billing matters
Operating the billing system such as opening, closing new client matters
Entering time and expenses on the billing system, processing invoices to clients and following up
Generating various monthly Reports from the billing system and distributing to Partners
Liaising with local authorities on matters related to taxes applicable to Firm
Assist the Legal Staff in carrying out paralegal's works
