I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Registering tax identification numbers for employees and coordinating with the finance - accounting department to declare and finalize personal income tax according to the law.
- Complete the regimes and procedures for employees to leave work according to regulations.
- Report the situation of labor usage to the management agency quarterly and annually.
- Update and monitor the situation of salary increase and decrease for employees at the request of the Board of Directors
- Set up procedures to handle welfare regimes for employees paid by the Company in accordance with the Company's regulations (wedding, funerals, birthdays...).
- Perform the calculation of salary, bonus and welfare for all employees in accordance with the company's salary and bonus process and regulations:
- Track annual leave, track attendance, summarize overtime, and reward (if any) for all employees of the company monthly and annually.
- Perform payroll calculation for office blocks and facilities
- Monitor the work of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance: New registration, increase, decrease, sickness, maternity, follow-up and compare data of deductions and payment of social insurance, procedures for closing books, instructions for enjoying unemployment insurance for employees who quit their jobs. .
- Set up procedures to handle benefits for employees paid by the insurance agency (maternity leave, sickness allowance, ...) in accordance with state regulations
- Recommend payment to the insurance agency .v...
- Guide employees to enjoy unemployment insurance.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Age from 22 - 40
- Time: 8:00am, Saturday (8am-12pm) - Sunday off
- Proficient in Word and Excel skills
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and payroll management
- Graduated from high school, college, university majoring: accounting, human resource management, economics, law, labor and salary, etc.
