■Job description:
- Translating, translating and interpreting from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa;
- Performing administrative tasks:
• The focal point to receive and send dossiers, papers, documents, documents
• Organize and archive the system of records, documents, contracts and related documents
• Monitor and manage assets and equipment at the office
• Receiving procurement requests, working with suppliers
• Check inventory, manage and distribute uniforms
• Check and pay the company's monthly expenses
• Participate in the organization of activities in the company: birthdays, company events
- Support recruitment: filter candidate profiles, arrange interviews, guide when joining
- Other jobs as required by superiors (Reporting line: Admin&HR Team Leader (Vietnamese) and Japanese General Director)
Requirement
- Japanese equivalent to N2 (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- English correspondence email
- At least 6 months of experience in the field of Office Administration, Human Resources
- Effective communication, problem-solving and problem-solving skills
■Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday); 8:00 – 12:00 (Saturday)
■Salary: (Nego depends on experience and Japanese ability)
