Administrative and Human Resources Officers (AHR) participate in operational activities to ensure the operation and sustainable development of WildAct with the mission of preserving endangered wildlife species and habitats in Vietnam. .
Working time: 01 year (high chance of contract extension).
Quantity: 01 person
Work location: Hanoi. However, AHR may be required to travel to other WildAct project area locations if necessary.
Salary received: 8 million - 15 million depending on ability and experience.
Expected start date: July 1, 2024

Responsibilities of Administrative - Human Resources (AHR) officers:- Manage and carry out human resource work of the center (Scale of 13 employees);
- Manage and perform administrative work of the center;
- Manage the center's monthly administrative costs;
- Synthesize, store and manage information of the center;
- Manage the center's assets, equipment, and goods;
- Translating English-Vietnamese documents;
- Perform other activities as requested by the Director.

- University degree or higher related to human resource administration;
- Have expertise, experience, and at least 1 year of experience in administration and human resources;
- Honest, careful, responsible, enthusiastic, eager to learn, committed to working at the organization;

- Have careful, accurate, and clear scientific note-taking skills;
- Have knowledge and skills in document archiving, document management and archiving;
- Proficient in office;
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- Having experience in a similar position or working experience in the non-governmental sector is an advantage.
