MISSION
Manage, operate and be responsible to the Board of Directors, Department of Construction Organization for all activities of the Site Command Board from the establishment to the end of the project. Consists of:
1. Construction preparation work
a. Receive the decision to appoint the project leader and decide on the establishment of the site commanding committee.
b. Study the technical and financial documents of the project provided by the Procurement Department.
c. Advise and propose the formation (if any) of the Site Command Committee on: Personnel, materials, tools, construction equipment, labor and other related issues.
d. Participate in receiving requests from investors in the Kick Off meeting at the beginning of the project.
e. Prepare the overall progress of the project and submit it to the Construction Organization Department, including: the construction schedule and the schedule of human resources to serve the project.
f. Other related works.
2. Construction organization
2.1 Regarding domestic activities
a. Receive and arrange work for members of the Site Commanding Committee; periodically assess the capacity, quality, and sense of responsibility of each individual, thereby making appropriate recommendations to the Human Resources Department in order to stabilize internal politics.
b. Receive the project budget issued by the Procurement Department according to each stage and the specific requirements of the project.
c. Responsible for mobilizing human resources, subcontractors to ensure the quantity, quality and cost to meet the project schedule.
d. Receiving subcontractors, teams or other human resources from departments/departments of the introducing company.
e. Proposing materials, tools, construction equipment, cash flow according to internal regulations of the company and current budget of the project.
f. Organize project implementation to ensure safety, quality, progress and brand in accordance with the target.
g. Explanation of the loss of budget use norms from the Board of Directors or the competent department/department.
H. Monitor and analyze the state of budget use from which to advise the Board of Directors, the Cost Management Department on specific plans to ensure the project achieves the set targets, not limited to changes in structure. initial cost budget of the project.
k. Report and explain all issues related to the progress and other goals of the project periodically or at the request of the Board of Directors, the Construction Organization Department.

2.2 Regarding foreign activities
A side.
a. Receive requests from Party A during the construction process to submit and advise the Construction Organization Department and the Board of Directors.
b. Organize the acceptance test with the investor in accordance with the terms agreed in the contract.
c. Organize records and protect payment volume with investors.
d. Other foreign activities.
B side.
a. Select, negotiate and sign contracts with subcontractors and teams to ensure sufficient human resources according to the project schedule.
b. Check, receive and prepare payment documents of subcontractors and teams in accordance with the company's regulations.
c. Resolve petitions, complaints and protect the company's brand in relation to subcontractors and teams.
3. Brand building, development and protection
a. Stabilize internal politics, create cohesion and build pride for all Board employees.
b. Responsible for building, spreading and maintaining brand messages to local agencies, investors, partners, customers, subcontractors, teams, and employees.
c. Coordinate with the Communications Department to develop a communication plan for the project.
4. Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
