- Develop and develop a framework of English training programs suitable to the diverse needs of the class.
- Orienting teaching methods for teachers, guiding inexperienced teachers.
- Dinh directly surveyed the classroom to assess the quality of teachers as well as the quality of the curriculum according to KPIs from the head of the department.
- Build, organize & manage learning resources (textbooks, supplementary materials....)
- Answer all questions related to the program from students & teachers.
- Coordinate with the sales department to meet with customers to test the students' entry level before starting the study program.
- Learn to update new training programs according to international standards, as well as censor the quality of all programs before delivering them to customers.
- Responsible for the segment: Individuals, Enterprises, schools.
- Responsible for preparing entry tests, mini tests as well as final tests.
- Other tasks when required as well as handling arising problems related to expertise.
