- Planning budget for training PG & PG Team leader of MT channel by quarterly, annually in Hanoi and North.
- Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities.
- Provide selling tips and link-selling skills of new and existing products for PG to enhance sales performance.
- Frequent go site checking to ensure field coaching supporting sales strategies.
- Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs.
- Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge.
- Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff.
- Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team.
- Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results.
- Random field check, role play combine evaluating performance of PG in each region & special in activity campaign.
- Conducting surveys and analyzing training needs of sales department, especially MT channel.
