Search, approach, build and maintain solid relationships, expand relationships with customers under the support and detailed guidance of direct management;
Seek opportunities from existing customers based on their unmet needs;
Provide professional financial support and advice to customers to provide good customer service and comprehensive financial solutions;
Combine with business managers and team members to come up with ideas and solutions to expand new customer sources;
Participate in business support activities and events;
Prepare weekly and monthly reports assigned from Business Manager;
Participate in practical experience activities that promote teamwork as well as apply learned knowledge;
Participate in training and development programs;
Fully participate in PHS's training programs on financial expertise, investment, internal company regulations as well as job service skills (sales, recruitment, management).
