Job description:

+ Call customers according to the list provided by the company;

+ Receive orders from the consulting department, call to process orders as required;

+ Make an appointment for customers to see the house;
+ Go to the project field with the consulting team;

+ Calculate taxes and transfer fees for the seller

+ Negotiate price, payment schedule, transaction process;

+ Closing the transaction.
+ Other tasks as required by the company (if any)
