• Prepare tax reports, monthly and quarterly invoice usage reports
• Plan and monitor the implementation of the assigned cost plan
• Receive payment records from other departments in the company / invoices from suppliers,
• Check the accuracy of invoices and vouchers of payment dossiers, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with bank accountants to ensure on-time payments and confirm with partners. Accounting related transactions.
• Complete assigned reports
• Making accounting books, printing and closing vouchers.
