Manage and administer the inspection and control activities of the Internal Control Board in the Company;
Planning the time, content and instructions for performing periodic and (or) ad hoc control checks;
Ensure that the units in the member companies comply with the laws, rules, procedures and regulations of the Company; suitable in accounting, management and financial work of the Company;
Developing and improving the system of internal normative documents of the whole company.
Timely report on inspection and control activities, identify material risks, propose solutions to prevent risks, reduce risk tools or enhance required activities to limit risks. ro;
Performing control, forecasting, warning and proposing solutions to solve problems within the scope of work of the Internal Control Board;
Control and evaluate remedial and improvement activities in units/departments of the company and member companies;
Advise the Board of Directors on solutions, initiatives/improvements to minimize errors and improve operational efficiency of units/departments;
Ensure the units well and completely implement the direction of the Board of Management.
