Unlimited income according to work results achieved, including:
- Hard salary depending on level
- Default allowance according to company regulations for each area (VND 300,000)
- Bonus policy:
• Default bonus % commission by product % software + 3% hardware + % when customers re-sign), high employee level, the commission will be increased according to
• KPI bonus if the target is achieved, the higher the achievement, the more reward
• Extra bonus if contract has POS device
• Excellent employee bonus quarterly and year-end
