Skylead is looking for the position of BUSINESS EXPERT - COURSE CONSULTANCY.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:

• Get Data data from Marketing department and contact customer consulting.
• Direct contact with potential customers by phone and online chat on platforms from the company's data system or self-searching list to introduce products, services, preferential programs.
• Consulting, taking care of customers, signing contracts and offering plans to support customers on study plans, finance, visas, jobs.... and complete the profile with the student.
• Finding, maintaining relationships and developing a network of potential customers and partners.
• Taking care of customers after successfully closing orders, maintaining relationships with existing customers, wishing to build data, expand and develop relationships.
• Cooperate and support with other departments of the Company in marketing, organizing events to promote images and advertising services to customers.
• Participate in the implementation and implementation of plans to take care of VIP and loyal customers.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: University graduate or higher related to Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade….
• No lisp, no local accent.
• Having at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the field of education consulting, studying abroad, high-class products and services.
• Ability to travel for business and participate in media events organized by the company.
• Dynamic, confident, able to present and conquer customers.
• Handle work quickly and efficiently in high pressure conditions.
• Listen, understand, empathize, share with people.
• Always upgrade and renew ourselves to meet market requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Office software.

1. RIGHT:

• Income level: 8-15 million. ( discussed during interview).
• At the end of the year, reward according to the contribution.

• Experience period: up to 1 working week (paid by day).
