Job description
Participating in receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating and taking responsibility for the implementation of those plans.
- Performing timekeeping and salary calculation for employees.
- Implement and handle procedures related to social insurance and health insurance
– Participate in the preparation of new employees, develop documents, job descriptions and organize integration training for new employees.
