Work content:
- Coordinate with relevant departments in recruiting, receiving personnel, managing the working process (transfer, appointment, dismissal, resignation)
- Carry out procedures for signing or terminating labor contracts;
- Monitor and make regimes for employees in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Company;
- Coordinating with management in formulating policies for promotion and replacement of personnel; personnel evaluation;
- Participate in the organization of events in the Company;
- Implement internal rules, regulations, regulations and processes of the company, propose the reward and discipline of the whole Company;
- Store documents and documents and update information on the Department's management software;
Job requirements
- Office computer skills
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and general human resources
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in social insurance
