Manage the recruitment and candidate selection process
Coordinate the development of personnel promotion and replacement policies.
Lead and coordinate with relevant departments/units to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes, and regulations on human resource management, salaries, and remuneration policies for employees; internal regulations, working procedures, and regulations in related fields.
Manage and direct the work of employees, ensuring the completion of the department's goals, functions and tasks.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues.
Build a positive working environment.
Supervise and manage the employee evaluation and reward system.
Report to management and support the decision-making process through human resources data.
Control and carry out procedures for employee entry/exit.
Ensure legal compliance in human resource management activities.
Perform other tasks as directed by superior leaders.
