Processing
1. Drafting documents and forms to serve project establishment; labor contract; decide to transfer/rotate, appoint/dismiss... officers;
2. Participate in improving management systems and policies, attracting and developing human resources.
3. Organize the collection and storage of personnel data;
4. Provide legal documents of project personnel to departments/divisions/units upon request;
5. Coordinate with departments/committees to organize training and build corporate culture.
6. Coordinate with relevant units to develop a system of titles, job descriptions and other work contents related to organizational development.
