JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search, reach and build relationships with individual and corporate customer segments
- Consulting, presenting solutions by the company's services according to the needs of customers
- Maintain relationships with customers, take care of customers before, during and after the contract performance
- Taking care of and following up on customer service usage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: College/University graduate
- No experience required (Experience in Sales: banking, services, real estate, aesthetics, health, ... is an advantage)
- Desire to conquer and always aim for the best results
- Have enthusiasm, spirit of effort and determination
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Proactivity, perseverance, high adaptability and high teamwork
- Love doing business and communicating with customers
REMUNERATION POLICY
- FIXED SALARY: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month (not including % commission, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus)
- Commission 20-30% according to sales. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Bonus
- Income support in the first 2 weeks of training: 3,000,000 VND
- Allowance for phone, petrol: 1,800000 VND/month
- Provide working IPAD
- Support for F&B costs to receive guests at the office, provide many gifts for customers
- Participated in a formal training program guided by senior managers and intensive courses from Premier Academy
- Working in a modern, inspiring office
- Support to organize workshops and events for customers 3 times/month
- There is a chance to become a manager if you pass the capacity assessment after 6 months.
- Consider promotion every 6 months
- Being able to travel at home and abroad every year: Paris, Türkiye, Newzealand,...
- Experience unique business projects only at AIA. Experience campaigns to expand corporate customer relationships.
