- Implement the process of supplying goods for projects in the Company;
- Monitor and inspect the import and export of warehouses at the Company's warehouses and make reports according to regulations;
- Organize the process of inventorying goods at the warehouses according to the plan;
- Coordinating with purchasing department/PMU to hire transport units, machinery and equipment to serve the transfer of goods as required;
- Coordinate the implementation of asset liquidation;
- Monitor, manage and report on the delivery of goods at projects according to norms to evaluate the efficiency of use, as well as the movement of goods between projects;
- Calculating equipment rental revenue for internal projects/construction works;
- Depreciation, allocation and accounting of CCDC and assets.
