Processing
Main responsibility:
· Carry out asset appraisal work on the Citis Valuer digital application in the assigned area with flexible time, anytime, anywhere.
· Survey the current status of appraised assets, collect relevant information, evaluate and prepare survey records to evaluate the accuracy of assets on the Cititics Valuer application.
· Directly survey, research the market, collect information on transactions that have been sold/on sale locally or suggested from the system and update it to the Citis Valuer application.
· Re-evaluate the results of valuation, Certificate, Valuation Report from the analysis, calculation and preparation system.
· Types of real estate assets: real estate, apartments, means of transport, simple machinery and equipment.
· Comply with time regulations (“SLA”), the Company's appraisal process, and legal regulations.
· Participate in formulating or providing suggestions to improve work processes and technology applications.
· Receive and handle complaints regarding issues that arise professionally.
· Participate in advanced and periodic training programs of the company.
· Report directly to the Controller level.
Job requirements:
· Graduated from college or higher, majoring in valuation or land management, real estate business, or finance.
· Minimum 1 year experience in valuation, candidates with 6 months of experience will be considered by the company based on the spirit of learning.
· Have good health and be willing to go on business trips as assigned by the company.
· Resistant to high pressure, understanding and complying with legal regulations.
· Good communication skills, problem solving skills and honesty.
· Quick to adapt, passionate about the profession, love technology and want to contribute my part to solve the problems of the valuation industry currently encountered in traditional models.
· There is no negative information in the criminal record and valuation practice history.
