- Develop merchandise, purchasing and pricing strategies for products consistent with the company's vision and mission.
- Learn about the industry in the market, deal with customers, develop competitive advantages and take advantage of market opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the retail environment by regularly visiting stores, competitors and internationally to make appropriate decisions/actions to ensure competitive advantage is maintained
- Choose products that suit the needs of customers in each region.
- Negotiate the best terms with suppliers by building and developing strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Maximize the generation of "Later Income" (terms in commercial agreements) from the industry you manage.
- Prepare sales contracts and synthesize documents related to the contract.
- Coordinate closely with all relevant departments to develop plans and implement interesting and creative seasonal activities and promotional events to increase revenue, profits, and customer purchases.
- Receive reports on expired goods from warehouses and stores, then contact suppliers to exchange/return expired goods.
- Ready to challenge with new products. Actively search for new goods and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Departments to complete common work of the Company.
