Job details
- Receive purchasing requests;
- Support in developing strategies to ensure raw material sources;
- Survey market prices, grasp price fluctuations in the market;
- Search for potential raw material suppliers;
- Negotiate and monitor orders with suppliers regarding purchasing conditions (quality specifications, delivery methods, delivery deadlines, payment terms, prices, ...);
- Ensure supply of correct quantity, quality, deadline, and cost savings;
- Drafting and managing raw material purchasing contracts;
- Build, manage relationships, and participate in negotiations with suppliers;
- Carry out statistics related to management work;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
