1. Receive orders (production decisions) from the sales department
2. Create production orders, plan materials and production plans to ensure on-time delivery to customers
3. Deploy production orders to relevant departments.
4. Daily monitor and update production status compared to plan
5. Adjust production plans and schedules according to actual production situation.
6. Monitor, urge and support departments to implement on schedule.
7. Establish and control inventory of materials, maintain maximum and minimum inventory limits, and prevent production interruption due to lack of materials.
8. Ensure the accuracy of all factory product norms, regularly check and compare actual usage with norms
9. Make suggestions and improve planning work
10. Perform other assigned tasks
