- Understanding and consulting training programs to customers professionally via phone, email or face-to-face meeting.
- Search, exploit potential customers and develop the market.
- Fully update customer information into CRM management software.
- Support to manage the company's social networking sites, proactively update information and feedback to customers.
- Assist in organizing, implementing and participating in company training programs.
- Perform other tasks as arranged and directed by superiors.
