Counseling (directly, phone, email and online channels) for students, candidates, parents, etc. about the school's training programs and monitoring the registration for exams, admissions, study...;
Receive exam registration documents, admission of candidates for programs (ensure accuracy and completeness);
Consulting, taking care of and receiving applications for admission scholarships for formal training programs;
Accurately and fully capture the school's enrollment information, update enrollment information on the school's website;
Plan, identify activities and organize the implementation of relationship activities with students' parents to effectively provide information to parents;
Monitor and transfer student's application and admission records to the Training Department and manage enrollment documents, lists and results in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Participating in organizing consulting sessions, festivals, opendays, introducing information of programs and proposing ideas to build processes, improve work efficiency;
Support Market Intelligence department in gathering and collecting students' opinions and training needs of students/students.
Monthly report on activities of the month and report on the progress and completion of the programs and activities that they are in charge of.
Support students and students to familiarize themselves with the learning environment at the school and listen and respond to students' opinions and requests;
Support for consulting and receiving application documents, admission to regular programs;
Participating in training sessions, meetings, seminars, etc. formal entrance exams of the school;
Workspace planning, departmental information boards and general asset management;
Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Unit/Direct Manager.
